I took my 4 Runner there with three problems; a bad tire sensor, oil change and new brake pads. David called me and said the sensor wasn’t bad, the spare was low...what? There is a sensor in my spare? He could have charged me for a repair. He said that my pads were great and didn’t need replaced and explained to me how they gauge them. I just figured after 4 years, they were probably close to done. He could have changed them and charged me without saying anything. all they got out of me was an oil change and could have hosed me for hundreds. I had no idea people like this still existed. My families cars will not be going anywhere else.
